LCAPA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping student and community based organizations build their leadership and advocacy abilities through continuing education efforts at the grassroots level.

Since 2001, organizing the annual Asian Pacific American Community Leadership Program has been LCAPA's primary focus.
